Service Design

"In my service design course, I present a comprehensive set of tools and methods for creating effective business ideas using design thinking, business modeling (including circular economy), user-centered approaches, and storytelling. The course is highly interactive and collaborative, encouraging students to apply these frameworks in real-world scenarios. I also showcase multi-disciplinary service design projects that integrate cross-functional collaboration and strategic problem-solving, demonstrating how these tools lead to innovation and effective service solutions."
